So I thought that I fitted my yanchor max 90 ground anchor correctly; using the rubble at the bottom to allow water to drain through before applying the concrete. However, with the heavy rain we had yesterday my ground anchor filled with water. None of the water had drained away 24 hours later; I had to use a vacuum to suck it out. The concrete has set now so I can take that out. I don't suppose that anybody has a solution??

My anchor fills up after a really heavy shower, but it may be that the soil round my way is high in clay / sodden already. It also attracts all sorts of rubbish across the winter which makes it worse.
You may just need to live with it.
