Hi all
Some twonk knocked me off my 98 zx9r this morning
And bent the rear subframe beyond repair.
Now it would be easier for me to get another frame and change all parts over then re mot.
My question is what year frames will my engine, forks, swingarm, seat, tank, fairings etc fit
Or am I just stuck to a 98 frame ??
which would be a pain as there is none on fleabay.
Cheers all

You say, the rear subframe is damaged and you talk about engine, forks, swing arm, seat, tank, fairings...? Thinking

Just get new subframe Thumbs Up

Wish it was that easy
My bike is the model with frame and subframe in one piece
Subframe welded to mainframe
And also mainframe is dented

1998 or 1999

Check part numbers but iirc there was no change between C1 and C2 models

Well, I'd say every ZX9R frame would work for you. Just measure some things to be sure the engine, forks and swingarm fit, the rest is easy to adjust. Thumbs Up

As I know kawasaki they used the same stuff for years, so I think that gives you about 8-9 years search range.
