Anyone used them? Anyone got one of their bikes? Opinions please.

Have not bought one of their bikes, but they generally seem to get decent reviews. Now they sell more bikes equipped with Shimano as opposed to SRAM running gear I would be more inclined to purchase one.

As for the company, never had any issues ordering stuff from them.

I've had bits of gear without problem, but am seriously considering a full carbon build. Gonna spin by tomorrow on way to no.1 daughter's house...

I had a 456 build off them a few months back. They are great. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The build of the bike was top notch and they even called me in an apologetic manner to ask if i would mind having my bike 3 days early as they had finished the build!

Another vote of confidence for Planet X, I've got a set of Model B wheels which are fantastic value for money.
