Someone has finally come and bought by 125 off me I am assuming that when a new tax disk is bought on tuesday for it, I won't need an MOT certificate because it was first registered on 17/08/2011.

Am I correct?

according to Honda a change of hands instantly makes the 'First free service' void for reasons unknown which couldn't possibly be because they are money grabbing assholes... but with MOTs it makes no difference.
