I seem to get one or two a year, and they suck. Anyone else suffer with them?

I'm now trying nasal irrigation as and when I have a little bit of air flow, which is about as pleasant as it sounds. Laughing

Had one at Christmas last year, spent my two weeks off with brown/red bloody mucus coming out my nose. It was like my face had dysentery.

Thankfully it has not returned!

What fluid are you using to irrigate with?

Have you tried Colloidal Silver? It is meant to be very good due to the silver.

Water......from a kettle. CBA to go and buy salt, and apparently if you just use tap water you can get a rare infection that makes your brain explode.

It's definitely worth getting some salt, tbh. It improves the irrigation and also seasons that beautiful flavour.

That'll do. I'd avoid sea salt as the large crystals hurt if they haven't dissolved.

Yeah, I do get them. The nasal spray "Nasonex" has been ok(ish), generally lots of ibuprofen, drink a shit load of water, the whole "towel over the head with a bowl of boiling water" thing... Tried fucking everything.

Its just generally a nightmare, I too get them multiple times a year. Managed to survive with just one so far in 2013, heres hoping i'll make it until after christmas!!!

Gives me absolutely insane migraines, and in some cases just wipes me out and end up being bed ridden for hours. Mental stuff!!

I share your pain matey Smile

Hi

If they get more frequent check with your doctor you dont have the onset of sinnus disease. Its not much different, can be controlled, its easily stopped from getting worse. Just get it before it gets worse.

Neilmed products have always been the best for nasal sloshing for me.

Cheers

Had a vicious one in 1999, still remember it, I wanted to get a dentist's drill and make holes in my face to relieve the pressure. Got dragged out for dinner and bowling and a movie by the shallow first year cunts I was living with and remember just sitting in the leisure complex unable to do anything but moan softly with tears running down my face due to the pain.

Neilmed is really good stuff. I love how when you lean over to tie your shoelaces ten minutes later, all the water runs out of your nose Rolling Eyes that's so elegant.
