I went to welsh Wales a while back and a good time was had.
I did the highest road in Welsh Wales and now I`m going to do the highest road in England and Scottyland.
Now I`ve got itchy feet again, so I came up with a plan.

The plan is : day 1 : Ipswich -> Hexham/Northumberland and the A689 the Killhope Pass.
Day 2 : Northumberland -> Braemar/Glas Maol and the A93 the the Carnwell Pass.
Day 3 : Braemar -> Penrith by whatever roads get me there Smile and a fluffy hotel for a good nights sleep before returning to Ipswich the next day.
Day 4 : Penrith -> Ipswich as quickly as possible in time for tea Smile

So with that route as an outline, is there anything that I need to see or avoid?
Whadd`ya reckon oh mighty BCF?

Going shopping tomorrow for a new set of soft panniers as the last ones were starting to get a bit long in the tooth.
What`s the point of doing this? none, I just want to!

Sounds briliant! Would be great to hear back how it went, what roads were good etc. Would like to do something similar next year.

Have fun!
