Bike Cleaner/degreaser

Hi all I need to give the bike a good deep clean before I put away for the winter months. Any suggestions on a Prewash cleaner/degrease.

I would not mind some sort of protective spray for the engine area as well if there is such a thing?

Autoglym intensive tar remover for the real thick stuff.
