Outlook custom forms

I've made one and having a few problems when sending the custom message to other people in the organization the form is spazzing up!!

Anyone ever worked on these?

not in outlook, but have used them in excel/access which I'm guessing is similar. you haven't really given anyone much to work with though

A loooooong time ago.
You have to check permissions, where the form is published to, and what the default form is for the (folder) I think.

As TG said though, more info required. Which bit are you having problems with?

Cheers but i gave up on it, i was applying all the fields there own properties and i found out there was not a public folder to publish the form, only personal but ah well it doesn't matter now lol,
