I echo that, shifters too high and the bars facing downwards. Also the saddle is not level. The rest looks very good.

p.s. you are one lucky bugger to get ultegra and the bits for 170.

It was £200 in the end for the Ultegra Levers and mechs, the Wheels (inc cassette) seat and the stem. Laughing

I'm keeping an eye on this to replace the current stem

Basically the same thing in carbon.

Yeah the seat is to far forward that that was taken just after my first 'proper' ride. Interesting about the bars, I'll give it a go moving em because they didn't feel perfect.

Cheers.

@Stinkwheel, the pic you showed is from a TT bike, looks like a Scott. The brakes on TT bikes are pretty poor, even for rim brakes.

@chris-red, the flat top of your bars should be level, use a spirit level front t back and sided to side to ensure theyre as level as possible. Mount your hoods based on this. As to the seat, not necessarily too far forward, completely depends on torso and arm length.

Sorry I meant to fall leant forward it needed levelling. I've adjusted the bars I just need to give it a decent test ride.
