Not a single link on the first 5 pages of those results is a review of the item in question. There's half a dozen links to ebay/classifieds sales of the item, and the rest are not actually related to the jacket at all.

For another £30 you could get a 2nd hand Dainese jacket. that way you will know it was designed and made to a good standard.

If they're a cheap unknown brand, then it's possible they're cheap for a reason.
Saying that, I did buy some cheap leathers by GP leathers, the stitching and thickness of leather was good. The cut however was quite poor.
I still wear a cheap £80 Frank Thomas jacket and whoever designed it knew what they were doing.

Yeah I'm looking for a replacement to the terrible RST Rift I got a while back, initially all seemed well but after 10-11 months I was sewing it up all over, seams coming undone and patching where material was coming apart, thought I might try leather. I'm restricted for jackets because of my shoulder and back width.

Sportex isn't an unknown brand, they were pretty good but at the budget end - not sure if that still applies.

It looks very heavy and thick, double stitched seams all over, might go and try it on.

I have frank Thomas textile winter trousers, which have been great in the two years I've had them and still water proof.

I also picked up a pair of FT leather trousers for £14 s/h on flee at. Excellent quality and warm too against the wind. Excellent commuter trousers. I keep looking for a jacket to match.

But *how* could he have done that when the thread clearly isn't marked with "NSFW" ...that's just impossible. Thinking

It flies in the face of all forum physics and clearly must be dealt with as such! Liar
