suzuki TS125R 1993

i have myself a Suzuki ts 125 r on road. Its a 2/...
problem is it work the rings down. so i did a full rebuild. but i noticed when doing so there was a fault with my power valve Left hand one i think. and that was what caused the piston to be worn. I rebuilt all the bike as per. and it struggles to start. it takes about 10 minutes of constant kicking or bumping it down the street for ages to get it to start. i have no idea if this is to do with the power valve? or if its something more simple like reed valve. iv checked the reed valve it seems fine, i turned it over but have a new race one on order. i purchased a new Spark plug also and put that in all the same.

anyone got any old knowlege of my fault?
