Okay now I have looked but cannot find the earth wire on my Honda mtx 125 any one got a manual or something. Thanks

Follow the black wire from your battery. All earths on a bike should eventually lead back to the battery as there is no physical earth connection.

And in many cases, the battery will just connect to the frame, and the frame will be the earth point for everything.
