kawasaki ZX 10 naked ?

Heard a rumour Kawasaki are bringing one of these out soon, Any one else heard this ??

Rumour has it that they filed patents hinting at using a ZX10 motor in the next generation of Z1000, but i've heard nothing other than that.

I think they're trying to buy development time by fitting the power modes and traction control from the Versys 1000 to the 2014 models, as they're more or less the same motor anyway.

Nobodys seen a concept drawing, let alone a prototype, so there's no hope of getting thousands of units distributed worldwide for a release date this year...

Shame it's a not a naked ZZR1400 with motocross bars fitted that we are waiting for instead!

Come to think of it I could think of all sorts of things to do with a ZZR1400 engine, the mentionable ones would be for Kawasaki to make a new ZL1400 Eliminator and give the Diaval and V-max a bloody nose!

And they should build a Factory fake hard tail chopper with that engine, and show Yamaha how limp wristed and half assed their XV950 Bobber really is!

Finally to use up a few more ZZR1400 engines, they should build a KFX1400R but a fully road legal version, then let a few chavs ride round town like twats with no helmets on them, to splat themselves all over the road and make a bit more space for everyone else!
