Some bastard stole my exhaust last night off my bike!

Whoever heard of an exhaust thief!?!
I'm baffled (groan, sorry!) as to how they did it without me hearing as I had my window open above the bike all night!

Utter Bastards!
Luckily it's very unique so if I see another bike with it on...

Hi

You can get different bolts to hold cans on because of this problem (like locking wheel nuts for cars). I have heard of people have even brake calipers stolen before now.

All the best

Keith

If you find who did it can you let me know so they can give me a hand with mine Very Happy
Took 30 minutes and a hammer last time I had to slide the end can off (but then it's not a slip on race can Confused)

Sounds like either (i) taken on order so probably sold on by now or (ii) someone really pissing about.

Hope you have some luck tracking it down.

Make sure you check ebay, they could try to sell it through it.

When looking for mini indicators for my bike on ebay, there were some for sale. They were in good condition, but they had a rusty nut and no bullet connectors. These were probaly nicked as there were loads of them for a couple of quid each.

Just keep a look out!

Isn't your exhaust a full system, that would've taken a while to get it off!

ah thats terrible mate. I could swear from the photos of your bike it doesn't even look like you have an exhaust on there anyway though.

Just goes to show how low some people are.

Are you going to put the same thing on?

Will they actually be able to use it if it's so unique.

It would need some hacking surely to make it fit on a stock bit.

Keep a look out for you.

Perhaps some more pictures showing details would help people recognise it.

Regards,
Kevo.
