Clear nail varnish is always a good quick fix to stop it getting any worse. ____________________ I was only doing what it said on my licence officer....

Scratch away any rust, and paint flakes, CAREFULLY
Paint the area with a touch up paint, or the closest to the original colour you can find, and finish off with a slight coat of clear lacquer.. if you buy a spray can of lacquer, spray some into the spray can cap, and dip a small brush into it, then paint a thin coat around the affected area. But only when the touch up paint is dry.
Will be hard to see after that.. only if you know its there. |
