Well, after reading the A2 restrictions again, you could probably purchase my 1997 ER5 off me and ride it perfectly legally within your licence restrictions...

It just about sits above the minimum weight, and it no doubt has less than 47bhp now (given its' age - from new they only had about 51bhp anyway). Not a single but it is a light, small, solid little thing.
