I paid £300 for a similar one a few years back, only there was nothing wrong with it, and it still had MOT and tax!

Not many 'cheap' bikes about anymore - the two Chinese bikes I had both had tax and ticket for a similar price to that, and one was delivered from Birmingham!

TBH, I'd be tempted to have a look. It's a cheap way into motoring... Depending on what it needs for the MOT.

I'd be wary of anything said, the add says the bike is a 2006 bike, but it has a 57 plate on it.
To be honest a chain can be got on that there ebay for £12.
If it was as good as he said the should MOT it and ask £400.

I'd be more interested in checking if the engine has any nasty issues. Easy to MOT, a lot harder to fix a fucked engine.

There are relatively few issues with those engines. I heard of one chap who bent a pushrod, but that's (literally) a drop-in replacement, they even say "CG125" on them.
