Morning

I recently bought a Bonneville as my first bike and have had a few requests to do a review on it.

It's my first time doing something like this (as is the youtube channel) so the editing and content is a bit amateur, but I think it covers most things. I mostly upload raw videos of riding the Bonneville.

Cheers,
Mark.

Also a nice looking bike! Little bit bigger than the Bonneville. I think you can get them second hand for a pretty decent price.

There are some great variants on the Bonneville.

T100 for straightforward classic style.

Thruxton for sheer beauty.

Speedmaster, possibly the most comfortable cruiser.

I originally had the SE (superb handling) but found it too low so moved on to the T100 but I'd happily have any of them in the garage.

Having said that, you either love them or think that they're a pile of carp. Fortunately I love them Very Happy

Mark Hi, the Bonnie is a great first bike, mind you I've been biking for over 40 years and have just bought one! It was a 2012 bike, but only had 500 miles on the clock!

Also confess to having a Thunderbird Sport Very Happy

I took it up to 115 today (mph) and had to back down due to traffic. But I could have squeezed 120, maybe 122/25 if I had more space.

Like I said in the video, it's very comfortable at 70mph and will easily give me a bit more to overtake without stressing out the engine.

It's got quite a bit of torque to it as well so at slower speeds it still feels like a very quick bike.

That is actually not bad, I thought it was way slower. It does look quite heavy.

The wet weight is only 10kg heavier than say something like a Hornet or Fireblade.

very underrated bikes if you're purely looking at the hp figures like I did, the fuel injection is seamless / faultless, no flat spots just drive from zero to valve bounce, I got 95 out of the one I borrowed, in 4th Twisted Evil
