Hi Guys,
Wondering if any one has any experience with the oil cooler lines on this model.
I have taken it to my suzuki dealer and apparently the cooler and lines are from a different bike.
Basically the one on my bike looks like the one below:

Notice the right angle cooler line attachments. I have tried everywhere to find these online with no luck. and dont want to fork out loads for a whole new system.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Try contacting Goodridge Aeroquip

https://www.goodridge.net/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/topcategories_-1_64_10551

In the past I have sent them an oil cooler and they have successfully made an adapter for what was required.

A suitably sized this, with a corresponding one of these?

If it's a '00s GSX750 then they borrow a few bits from the Bandit. Looking at Ebay for used Bandit oil coolers the 1200 Bandit oil cooler has the same type of 90 degree connection you need, I'd guess it's a 1200 Bandit cooler so try and find a cheap used set of lines from one of those. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-GSF1200-GSF-1200-Bandit-98-W-Oil-Cooler-Pipes-Read-Description-/380754501456?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item58a6bc9f50

A 1200 Bandit has the inlet/outlet flanges facing downwards not on the inside like the OPs and a short 90 degree bend so quite possibly wont fit without a bit of bodging, that's if the flanges and holes line up anyway.

The bent and busted 1200 oil cooler in that ebay link looks, to me, like the oil pipe flanges are at 90 degrees. In fact if you look at the Delkevic site the photo showing their aftermarket 1200 Bandit oil cooler is the shot the OP has posted.

Delkevic use the same picture for all their oil coolers the Bandit one "may" be different and have them underneath or they expect you to get aftermarket lines for theirs.
I've got a Bandit, the flanges are at the bottom. The pipe flanges won't fit the same side on the aftermarket one pictured because the bend goes the other way plus you have an angled banjo fitting at the bottom that may well not line up, you might well be able to bodge it or fit the lines on the opposite sides so they will line up and clear but it's not a given.

I guess you still haven't clicked the link for the ebay auction. It's a listing for a 1200 Bandit oil cooler and the boss that the oil pipe connects to is exactly the same as the picture shown in the first post.

This backs it up.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Suzuki-GSF-1200-Bandit-GV75A-1996-Replacement-Oil-Cooler-/130800893373?_trksid=p2054897.l4276

You may have a 600/650 oil cooler as the one on my 650 is exactly the same as yours.

Oh FFS ,don't believe every picture of things for sale, it's wrong, they are just using a generic picture

I've had my 1200 from new that's an OE cooler, they all have bottom feed that's why yours looks similar to mine Rolling Eyes , look at yours and the pieces of solid pipe in the line and tell me how it's going to fit the OPs side flanged cooler without major mods

and just to prove a point

I'm not. The ebay link for the used oil cooler has a 90 degree elbows on the oil cooler pipes, the same as the photo in the first post. I see the microfiche says different, but that 1200 Bandit oil cooler is the first I came across, so excuse me.

Maybe message the person selling the oil cooler linked above, ask what the deal is and if they know what the pipes are from.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/111099676320?hlpht=true&ops=true&viphx=1&lpid=95&device=c&adtype=pla&crdt=0&ff3=1&ff11=ICEP3.0.0&ff12=67&ff13=80&ff14=95&ff19=0

This auction is showing a used part they claim is a genuine Suzuki part. Where are all of these parts coming from as that isn't a generic photo. The photo of the bike shows an oil cooler with 90 degree connections.

Thanks for the help guys! Managed to get it sorted in the end.

Turns out it was a bandit 1200 cooler on the bike! Manage to pick up a whole unit for £80 off fleebay.
Ended up just replacing the cooler line and has worked brilliantly so far. Very Happy so any one after an oil cooler is welcome to PM me!!! (shameless i know)

Its seem the cooler with the connection that i have (right angled) were offical parts but only on certain models between 96' and 00'.
Seems like the "W" model that i have is pretty rare Shocked
