I have always been under the impression that a member who found himself banned could re-emerge under a different username and that their presence would be tolerated, provided that they moderated and amended their behaviour.
Events of the past 24 hours would appear to suggest otherwise.

I would expect this is the case.

I don't have the ability to see anything that explains it any other way (I can only see my own Friends/Enemies, not others.)

Choosing a 'notworksafe' username probably wasn't a good start to convincing people he had changed his ways.

Blau is as transparent as glass and easier to read than Peter And Jane (level 1a).

You can get a palpable feel for the anger, hatred and butthurt coming from his little rant-ette. And the only ammo he's got is the gleaming machine in my garage.
