Totally agree. Thumbs Up

I know that, accept that, but embrace it. I'm not depressed, so what does that make me? There's no point to life, but I don't care!

IIRC diet drinks are worse for and make you fatter, it is something about the brain triggering an insulin rush which hammers your blood sugar level which makes you hungry.

That may be the case for SOME people.
Just as doing exercise makes people hungry, ergo; doing exercise makes you fatter!

Plenty of other people find that diet fizzy drinks actually both give them a bit of a 'full' feeling, a bit of the 'sweet' taste they wan and have negligible calories.

Usually said to people who are trying to lose weight, by people who

a) don't need to
b) badger overweight people to lose weight in the first place
c) hate to see the overweight actually losing the weight
d) talk unsubstantiated bollocks

Research conducted by whom?

Making up bullshit statistics is a symptom of a mental illness that affects 28% of the population. And quoting one's personal opinion as scientific fact has been proven to be a symptom of that same cognitive disability.

I work with the mentally ill and I would say that the vast majority of people who claim to have some kind of MH condition in fact don't have. A lot are sponging fucksticks who just want a comfortable life on (substantial) benefits.

Unfortunately, a lot of genuinely ill people tend to slip through the increasingly holey net, what with these despicable Tory cunts tarring everyone with the same brush.

The majority of folk with a real MH condition refuse to acknowledge it, far less attempt to profit financially from it. It might be worth that repulsive psychopath Iain Duncan Smith bearing that in mind.

actually its more to do with the fact that your body is not stupid. sweet or not it knows sweetner is not sugar so will not get rid of that craving often leading to over-eating....
