Honda fes s wing 125 fault problem

Hello all.
New to the forum as I am in need of help.
I have just bought a 2007 Honda S Wing 125cc. 30,000 miles.
The problem I am having is the bike is cutting out at traffic lights and when I come to a stop.
The bike starts easily on the button and accelerates and pulls well when moving but seems to be missing a sparks at tick over leading to a rough idle and instant or sometimes delayed stalling.
Bike will fire up again on button after it has stalled.
Air Filter looks good. New Spark plug, Battery, oil and fresh fuel. bike has full Honda service history regular at 2,500 miles.
Any ideas or preferably someone who has encountered same problem
all help will be appreciated.
