That's lamb, beef and pork varieties.
Had sossie sarnies for dinner, and they were yum. So meaty.
We didn't mince our own meat, so maybe lips, cheeks and assholes in there but at least no rusk or sawdust

Lots of chilli, paprika, pepper and garlic + meat makes good sausages!
