Hmm not really understanding what you are saying but a liberal spraying of WD40 over the switch may help Thumbs Up

Connections inside the switch gear. You'll want to spray WD40 into all the gaps on the switch gear, ideally, taking it off and cleaning up the insides would be your best bet.

Common fault on lots of bikes that use H head lamp bulbs
Have a good look at the connector on the back of the Headlamp bulb It may well be partly melted if so get a new connector , any half decent car /bike spared place but you will need to have crimp connectors or be able to fit it

All my Hondas have suffered from this. The only permanent cure is to open the plastic switch housing up, spray WD40 onto the moving parts of the switch (really flood it) whilst working the red plastic button in and out, eventually whatever is clagging it up will come out and it will work in all weathers and at all temperatures unlike just spraying hopefully on the outside.
