A building collapsing . Happened just up the road from me. Got a bit of a bloody shock when I heard it. Couldnt bothered to go out and be nosey as was still half asleep so was just watching out the window, but did get picture as I left for work tonight.

Back in the days when terrorism was a local thing* rather than a global thing I was woken up by someone blowing up BBC TV Centre. It's always weird when you find out via the news what that boom you heard last night was.

* It almost feels like no innocent people ever got murdered by self-aggrandising dickheads, pre-9/11.

A bomb went off in the South of France in a house about 100mtrs away from us as we walked down the street. All the windows blew out on the top floor and debris everywhere... it made hell of a bang. Scary shit.
