Hi I've just got a r reg gilera runner 125 it's had every think done 180 conrod 172 bore polini pipe and soo on it came with dyno slips and drag times and full paper work to prove the work that's been done its a very fast bike but was sold to a kid that knows fuck all I got it now was told there was an electric problem and an apparent sticky float its sparking fine and I've had the carb off witch ill add is a koso sunworld not sure on size ether 28mm or 32mm I've cleaned it all up and put it back on but fuel is still leaking out from over flow and won't start up any help would be perfect cheers

sounds like the float is still stuck!

It does sound like a sticking float, possible there is a leak in your float, I had it happen on my tdr250.

The carbs had it its useless!! It's a koso sunworld but I don't know the size I've found new ones 24mm 28mm 30mm 32mm I've seen on here most ppl use 25mm what size do ppl think mine is?
