Has anyone ever seen or used one of these? Laughing

I knew you could get these type of tyres for cars but never really thought about getting them for bikes, would be a fun (or gay) party trick depending on your own opinion.

I know it's a big waste of money and I doubt I'll ever get one.... but maybe one day.

I'm not asking about the quality of the tyre, that would not be the reason for buying one, they give off coloured smoke if you do a burnout with them.

Shut up, clown, your opening line is asking a question implying you want peoples opinions of them. ie: quality.

Shut up, cuntface, My opening line asks whether people have seen them or used them, implying that I want to know what they are like I.e what they look like when being used as they were intended, which is for doing burnouts, not going round corners quickly.

Why would I want to know the cornering capability of a tyre that's primary purpose is to give off coloured smoke. I'm not exactly going to be using it for a daily commute.

Have NOT you read some of the more utterly bizare numptiness that comes to light JUST on THIS forum?

It is a presumption, on your part that every-one here has the common sense to presume that YOU have the common sense not to presume that these tyres might be pretty useful for normal road use, as well as Red-Arrows impressions!

Presumption is the Mother of ALL fuck-Ups and you have three of them multiplying the magnitude of FUCK!

NEVER underestimate the limits of stupidity.... every time you think you have made something idiot-proof... they improve the idiot!

As to the tyres? £120 for something designed to be scrapped to impress your mates in a car-park, in a display of.... err.... destroying a tyre....

I have to say it does have a certain novelty appeal.....

But....

£120?

No. Not THAT much novelty appeal! Sorry.

But if you have that sort of money to burn... litterally... go for it... soon... with some-one on hand with a good quality video camera... 'cos I doubt you'll get much chance at a re-take.... and come next June, there'll be hundreds of You-Tube and face-book clips of the one trick wonder... and it'll be as pase as MPS anodised MX Bars with renthal stickers and Dominator headlamps by next Christmas.

But old addage.... if you have to ask... you cant afford it, DOES rather spring to mind.

My mate George (ranger on here) had shinko's on his superdream, he went flat out round a corner in France in torrential rain lent so far over all that was visible was the top of his helmet and top box, he did have an almighty tank slapper whilst doing it but made it round.

Anyone who has ridden with George will know he pushes things to the limit and usually past it, if he survived on shinkos I'd trust em lol.

Oh and as for the burnout smoking ones, sounds like fun but they would need to be about half the price at least
