Hello,

Bought a 2007 Pegaso Strada a couples of week back, mint condition, loving every minute of riding it except... the indicators randomly switch off when I'm using them!! As an example, I'll indicate left as I approach a junction and then look down to reset after making the turn to find the indicators turned off already by themselves! The bike does have auto cancelling indicators so I've been told on the Aprilia Forum (and read in the manual) but it looks like there's a bug in the software that causes them to malfunction every now and then. They are supposed to switch off after 40 seconds or 500 m but I find they bloomin switch off exactly when I need them the most!

Anyone have experience on the subject of software updates on Aprilia bikes? Is this something you can sort out yourself with the right equipment or is it a dealer only affair?
