They work great if you drain out your 10W40 and replace it with snake oil.

May as well connect a length of flexi pipe to the carb and blow into it when you want to go faster. Would have the same effect I reckon Thumbs Up

I've been packing one of those bad boys down my pants. Probably the fastest shagger in South Manchester.
Shagged this bird so fast she didn't even know I'd shagged her.

Turbo Cock FTW.

I'm no expert but I'm gonna go with no on this one. Thumbs Up

You want to compress the air, not just blow it into the engine. Turbo's do how much 30 000 rpm? Maybe more, a hair dryer would be slower.

Me neither.....but I think superchargers are a bit more basic than turbos.

I'm of the same opinion. By the way, Kawasaki announced their turbocharged in-line four on this year's Tokio motor show. There are no specs yet, but I'm gonna keep an eye on it.

I think so. Well, I found another one, but it's quite the same picture and even worse.

You're aware that it even says "supercharged" in the link URL? Wink

We had a link passed around last time this came up to one chap who had fitted an electric supercharger that he credibly claimed did actually work on his Honda rice rocket, with boost figures and all sorts.

But it was an actual big compressor, running off a mahoosive battery pack that took time to recharge, and required significant re-plumbing and wiring.

Attaching a 12v computer case fan is going to do nothing except restrict the air flow.
