For me my diet has quite a big affect on how tired i feel but more than that i find if i come home and do nothing i feel alot worse so i always make sure i keep myself occupied which ranges from doing my weight training or something that isn't brain dad, ie. watching tv or i'm just in zombie mode untill i get to bed

Is that warped back in a manic phase again?

Incoming 4am, attention seeking, fabricated tale of woe detected.

Switching from a shit diet to a healthy one fires your body up into de-tox mode. Coming off sugar especially does it. That's why you're feeling ill.

If you're still on the sugar, stop.

Yet another 'look at how cool I am' story wrapped up in a question that you don't really want answered.

Still, if the usual cycle applies, you will spend the next month or so making these kinds of posts, followed by the 'throat punching and offering out' posts for a month ('this forum wont last six months without me' - Warped: June 2010). Then there's the bullshit, attention whoring, tall tale telling posts....

Then you get banned

again...

Fuck off, there' a poppet.

By the symptoms... You're clearly pregnant.

Go and register for pre-natal care now or you'll miss the first scan. Thumbs Up

Since being with Miss S I have been eating alot more healthy. Everything is now home made (by me) so I know what is going into it and how much there is. And also I am alot more active. Before her, I used to get up in the afternoon and just play my xbox until 5am, only moving to go to the bog or food (oven stuff straight out of box). With the ocassional sit ups and stuff once a week.

Is being healthier not good for some people?

You're just not used to it, and are/were probably out of shape.
