everybody knows the opening riff to sweet child o mine. the drum beat to billie jean. i genuinely cant think of 1 song from the last 10 yrs that EVERYONE turns up when it comes on the radio *BTW for us oldies 10 yrs ago was 2003! not 1996 like i think was 10 yrs ago

The white stripes song might not be the greatest song in the world. It might not be the best voice in the world and yes it is whiney on some songs but the simplicity of the tune of 7 nation army makes it an anthem.
