The bit that's more interesting is the one time only SORN - so you don't risk the fine the second year round when you forget to tell them yet again that it's still off the road.

Personally I think it's great they're making fairly big changes to DVLA's homelands.

The sorn thing is handy, it will save me having to sorn the 5 bare frames I have in the back garden.

The Sorn changes are very useful but as for the rest of it I've been paying online for a few years now the only difference being that they won't send me a tax disc.
