Sweating/Condensating Tyres?

As its raining, thought i'd stay in and have a garage sort out....
Soon find myself just standing with hands in pockets. Bent down to check grime factor and noticed that both my front and rear tyres are evenly and consistently moist, almost as if they are secreting?

Both my bikes are garaged in the same enviroment. But its only affecting the one bike, I assume because they are brand new tyres.
My fuel tanks are also sweating but this is nothing new to me. Both are brimmed with fuel as per winter check list

Wise ole BCF, have you seen this before? Were you concerned about rubber degradation?

Funnily enough, just spent an hour in my garage to fit a fender extender and noticed exactly the same thing, small layer of condensation on the panels and tyres a bit damp.

It is warm and rainy down here so must just be atmospheric conditions, I have left the cover off the bike to let it breathe a bit better but will give it another wipe down tomorrow, my tyres are not new though.

Did make it easier to give it a nice clean rub down though

I think its the same stuff as they salt the roads with. That never dries either as is slippery as ice imo.

From what i can tell it definitely has something to do with salt on the roads, my winter bike is dripping on the garage floor but nothing on my summer bike and they are parked right next to each other - you can see on the engine case too where the spray from the front wheel has hit and there is water droplets below a line and above there is nothing - so I washed it, first time this winter normally i would of waited until christmas
