If you have no joy looking at the ignition barrel for a number,take the top yoke off and take the whole lot to a key shop.Quite often they can make a key to fit the existing lock.
I had a similar situation on a Yamaha RD350LC that I was sorting for a friend.The shop near Dartford did a perfect replacement and a spare for not-very-much
