main roads were fine but the side roads were a night mare

first one was the road to the shop

as its straght i managed to get up this one ok and someone had put grit on the corner making it not too bad

ride to work and just before it there is a right hand bend the road up to this is ok as loads of cars have used it to go into morrisons not even thinking it would be different i carried on

the car in front slides round it im just getting to it but cant slow as some c%*t is up my arse

feel the scoot sliding stick my leg out and somhow manage to go round it sidways motorcross style without slowing down Laughing

pulled into the works carpark to cheers as they saw me do it Shocked

Cost me a days pay. Got to the bottom of one of the local streets and it was a sheet of ice. No way was I continuing. One of the most awkward u-turns ever. Feet were slipping but oddly my tyres were not.

I almost 'made' a set of lights going through town yesterday evening but slowed down to let this guy out.

Thankfully it hasn't been too slippy here.

Not even with the downpour that makes things slippy sometimes.

I never found it at all slippy when I was oot for a scoot yesterday afternoon.
But then I'd wrapped up well so I was rather toasty all the same.
