Anyone watching this? More importantly, anyone know of a good stream for this?

Also, predictions?
Rousey vs Tate
Rowdy to win by armbar fairly early.
(I so want tate to smack the surly smugness from rousey's face, but I doubt it will happen)

Silva vs Weidman
I'm backing Silva - provided he doesn't piss about this time. Let's hope he gets Seagal back as his 'trainer' (still makes me chuckle, that does).

I'll post a link in a pm on the day if it works.

Roussey. Tate is sexier but that's about it. I seriously don't think there's anything she can do to win unless she has a lucky ko. Roussey has come across as a moody woman which irritates me, but it does she's all business. She doesn't care for the post fight panels with the commentators etc... Which I respect.

Some athletes are just better than others. Since women's mma is fairly new, the standard is low.

Rematch I am not sure. Weidman to me is basic as they come. He died good in many areas but nothing great. Silva is old and obviously must have declined. If his hunger is there and his body can cope, I believe he should win. His reactions could make it an easy night. His wrestling isn't the best and it's possible he gets mounted but I hope he wins. Weidman is boring to me, his personality is boring, his style is nothing exceptional.

Yes, linkage please!

No denying Rowdy's skill - you don't get to be an Olympic level judoka without skills, determination and hard work. It's her attitude that stinks and I dislike.
Unless cupcake knocks her out quickly she'll be going home with another popped elbow.

Anderson got caught by a 'lucky' shot whilst clowning. I see him putting Weidman down pretty quickly this time.

I was surprised at her attitude but she is a woman Rolling Eyes LOL.
Often when one is faced with another, bitchiness comes out.

I personally think Silva can do it, but he should use movement. He was a pro boxer with a record of 1-1. He lost by TKO so I assume his chin isn't great.

I am still new to UFC so much to learn.

You can't mess about when UFC gloves are 4 ounces only.

Silva is arguably the best MMA fighter of ever! His last loss was back in 2006 IIRC, and he's fought some 'big' names during that time (his front kick KO of Vitor Belfort is a classic).

He hasn't fought in the UFC for a long time - probably not in the last 10 years anyway.
The last one I recall (in the UFC) was his loss to Kimo, and then his battering by kimbo slice (but that was some other MMA promotion, not in the UFC).

I'm looking forward to Hall and Leben. Both have to fight for their UFC places, so it should be a good one. Hall, when he's got his head on right is devastating, but Leben is difficult to stop and is determined. Good card all round actually.

Had a link for the streaming but it's disappeared, but there is still the prelims streaming: https://www.ufc.com/media/prelims

Edit: Quality is poor, but here's a stream: https://www.streamking.org/channel1.html

Terrible news about Anderson, I think it's the end for him (sadly).

Predictably Rousey won by armbar - and managed to make more enemies by refusing the offered handshake. It amused me that the boos were so loud it was difficult to hear the post-fight interview by Rogan.

I don't see why the handshake is mandatory with someone you dont like. She praised Tate for the fight, and declared the utmost respect for her as an athlete and a fighter, that's enough. I wouldn't shake the hand of someone I thought was an utter cunt.

Brutal about Silvas leg, shit way for a legacy to end. Can't see him coming back from that cos he wouldn't be the same, it'd tarnish his rep. I'd just add though, Weidman didn't win.. Silva got injured.

Weidman blocked Silva's kick which broke his leg, I don't see how that can be called just an injury.

Was there an incident that started off the whole Tate Rousey rivalry? All I can find is that Rousey just fancied creating herself an enemy for no reason.

Well what do you suggest it gets called? He injured his leg, therefore it's an injury. It was just a freak accident really. Lots of leg kicks get thrown, a lot of kicks get checked - very few result in breakages.
Sad way to end his career really (if it is the end.....)

I meant that, sulphur implied Weidman was gifted a win and had no part in the win - like Silva walking into the ring and going over on his ankle and having to forfeit. I meant more that Silva's leg broke because Weidman blocked well, therefore was 'deserving' of a win.

Not really arguing a broken leg isn't an injury Very Happy A bloody nasty one too. Quite surprised it happened to Silva of all people, as I thought he's often called a 'Muay Thai expert', so should have strong shins, even against a block with/near the knee.

^^Makes sense when I read sulphur's post. Durrr.

Freak accident, still. If you train/fight hard then injuries like that can (and do) happen.

Definitely Thumbs Up Bas Rutten was saying on twitter that Silva didn't twist his hips and hit the knee with the side of his shin which is weaker, but watching the video again he hit it square on the front where it's supposed to be its strongest. Just really unlucky Thumbs Down

Either that or Weidman has a titanium knee Laughing
