i have a gsxr 600 97 model i replaced the clutch but it dont work it isnt releasing it starts and when i put it in gear it just stalls could someone help me with what they think could be the problem please thankyou

Side stand switch.

Check it, remove and bridge the wires if you need to. Switch is possibly faulty or you have the stand down.
