Brake pads for chinese scooter does not fit right?

Hey.

I changed my brake pads, and threw the old ones away, but the I got noise from the brake, and then I discovered that the brake pad does not go all the way in on the disc, and actually some part of the pads goes over the outer edge of the brake disc. So at some point, when they get weared down, the part of the pads that are not weared will have contact, and I will loose braking ability.

I need these brakepads, but the got to be around 1.5 mm. higher. The holes in the brake pads must be further away from the bottmo edge.

The brake pads are 41.9 mm. and I have found som that is claimed to be 43,6 He is claiming that it is correct, but when I look up the model number on google it is just the 41.9 mm model. The 41.9 is usen on a wide range of motorcycles, but for some reason, they wont do the job here.

Anyone who has got experience?
It is and electric motorcycle/scooter from China.

Look at the adge of the caliper piston! it goes over the edge of the brake pad! :o

Is someone could tell me which bikes also uses this 43.6 mm brake pad I would be very happy.

But the 215 2 is only 41.9. I looked it up.

Without the make and model of your scooter, all anyone else can do is make a vague guess, you'd need to offer more than 1 dimension.
In the meantime, if I wanted to ride the scoot,
I'd just spend a few minutes with a hacksaw and file and trim the pads to fit as best I could.
As long as you're not seriously reducing the friction area and bearing in mind its just an electric scooter which I assume isnt going to be very fast or heavy, I dont think you'll be taking much of a risk.

You have all dimensions, look at the ebay link.

Erh, there is a reason why i had to change them you know?

It goes 65 km/t like many other scooters and they get ther brake pads changed too.
