Hi..

My headlight on my aprilia doesnt really light up the road ahead like other vehicles do. Its a 'fish eye' type lense.
I had a 55W bulb which i changed for a 100W bulb and it didnt make a great difference but is noticable when cornering, with the 100W bulb fitted i can see the light beam slightly but it still doesnt light up the road ahead.
Full beam visibley lights up the way ahead as it should.

I have played about with the headlight aim.. and put the aim really low and it lite up on the road but only a meter or so in front of the bike which is clearly not how it should be.

Any ideas??
Thanks in advance guys!

Can you measure the voltage feeding to the bulb?

It should be 12vdc with the engine off but slightly higher with the engine running.
