What kind of noise was the radiator making ? Hissing ? You say the oil light was coming on, have you checked the 2 stroke level recently ? Have you checked that the throttle cable has not snapped ? This might explain 'revving' the bike with nothing happening (doesnt explain the rev counter jumping about though). I doubt you have holed the piston, as I know to my cost that this generally stops the bike running, often just after a loud bang
And dude, your post's would be easier to read if you tried spelling and punctuating properly ____________________ "I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me." Hunter S Thompson

Sounds like your piston hasnt been properly lubricated by your oil. It only cuts out completely when its been ran for a while, correct?
This would mean that the piston has heated and expanded. Also i'd remove the cylinder head and just take a look, if you cant remove it youre piston has probably seized due to overheating, and if you can you should be able to see any physical damage. Id check your using the right fuel:oil mixture and not using a cheap 2-stroke oil.......Im assuming it is a 2-stroke..... ____________________ Will work for petrol
