Passed my mod 2 today, with 5 minors! I'd just like to thank everyone for the advice, especially the people on Dotty's topics Very Happy

Had a right grumpy bastard examiner, 2 of the minors were for "undue hesitation" at two roundabouts, where there were vehicles at all entrances, each giving way to the right.

2 were for doing 25 in a 30 and last one was 25 in a 20!
Still, a pass is a pass Dance!

I'm buying a friend's CB400SF, although I have also been offered an '07 ER6f £2000 Thinking

I know that a lot of people don't think the ER6F is that special.
That said after seeing Fatjames dark green ER6F in the flesh, I've always thought they were a stunning looking bike with plenty of tiny details & features Thumbs Up
A decent upright riding position aswell

If you're looking at that ER6F, look out for cracked welds on the engine mounts/frame and splitting exhausts.

Not that I'm trying to put you off, just be aware of those issues.

Welcome to the fold. Smile top job.

I'm sure some examiners just roll out minors for the sake of it. Having said that I did three tests failed the first and past the second two. After each test I did get a good chat about my riding with the examiner. They can be good for helping you work on any issues.
