zzr600 main stand

I have a new main stand to fit to the zzr this weekend, don't know what happened to the original, just wondered if anyone has fitted these and what is the best / easiest way.I've just had a look and it doesn't look straight forward, as in the bolts wont go in due to the exhaust at one side and the shock linkage at the other, so, whats best to come off to get them in?
