Hello,

i've been working on a 200CC loncin motorcycle.
Now i got several issues.

1. Carburator issue
The carburator seems not to function since i rejetted it a few times and it doesn't run properly, it only runs when i close the 'choke' so less air gets in, so i assume i need a bigger jet?

2. Engine ticking
So the engine is making a 'ticking' noise, it sounds like something in there is loose, but that is almost inpossible since the engine was worn so i replaced the whole cilinder + piston & sigments.
Or the sprockets inside may be worn?

3. Smoking like a Moth3rf4ck3r
It seems to smoke a shitload of grey smoke, i replaced the cilinder & pistons since that was worn out, but after a new cilinder kit it stills smokes alot Sad.
Any idea's where this can come from?

Some pics (may be helpfull).
