I think you would run into the same problems as people on normal L-plates have viz driving like a tw@ around you.

Why not make up some red F-plates to cause some real confusion/offence Very Happy

Would it be legal to put an L plate on which is the wrong size and so not a legal plate?

Although in theory its a really good idea - something I would do too... as stinkwheel said it'd probably loose you some respect on the road, and be more trouble than its worth!

How about "W" Plates?

Download this (300 dpi 178x178mm). Print off. Laminate. Attach to bike. Thumbs UpWink
