Is caviar one of those 'emperor's new clothes' things? I mean everyone says it's this awesome elite food, therefore, it must be awesome, even though most people aren't into it at all?

I love Caviar, hard boil eggs and half removing the yolks then fill the cavities with Caviar. Eat with black bread and iced vodka preferably in Moscow in the winter.

Good caviar tastes of very little really, mildly fishy stuff. Had some on a seafood starter last weekend too - it's barely a garnish.
