Hey guys new to this,
Im trying to replace a headset on my handlebars... and i was lookin at the sizes...does 31.8mm-100mm mean it will fit anything in that range?

Is it too late for an abortion? Or do they make exceptions in extreme cases!

31.8 is the handlebar clamp size and 100mm is the length of the stem.
