Not heard of them before.
Personally although I might buy one online I wouldn't without going to a shop/dealer and trying it for fit first.
For me, a good fitting lid is way more important than the price. ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |

A little digging suggests they are made in Spain, and are a re-brand of MT Helmets.
MT have been around for a while and have a reputation as a decent budget-price brand, a couple of their lids score well on the Sharp test. ____________________ Sod falling in love, I wanna fall in chocolate. |

update, got it delivered a day after I ordered it, so can't fault the service.
the lid seems pretty good. tight fit for a medium, but no doubt it'll bed in a little. it has a nice chin curtain thing to stop the greenfly pissing me off inside my lid. all the vent controls feel positive, unlike my ducchini D701, where the chin vent keeps falling off........
i'll update on the noise aspect once ive been out for a ride in it
oh, and it comes with a free tinted visor
thanks for the heads up Shereen

has it got a drop down sun visor? and are they heavy? i have a caberg justissimo and it is heavy for a helmet.. so when looking at future helmets i want it to be lighter! the second design looks awesome ____________________ CBT- 2012 Theory- 18/12/13 Mod 1- 07/01/14 Mod 2- 15/01/14

Top ones nice.
Would of thought they're to a decent standard ghostbikes are usually pretty good all be it fairly cheap stuff - but i'm not one for buying into the whole 'you need a 400 quid helmet or your head will crack open' stuff, you can get a perfectly good helmet on a budget if its a respectable brand.
I would check about returns for exchange should it not fit though, ive found budget helmets vary quite a lot amongst sizes. Half the time people get poorly fitting helmets, so even with 400 quid its no good if its incorrectly fitted |

Caberg are wank, terrible quality and made of lead IMO |
to answer a few questions/points at once -
no drop down visor, but it does come with clear and tinted visors, that are very easy to change, and it is lighter than my caberg V2, which brings me onto the second point.....
the caberg is verrrry heavy, but I like the sun visor. it also isn't very quiet. mind you, with my cans, it could be the quietest lid in the world and it'd make sod all difference
but, the main reason I don't like it, is that water pisses in past the visor when its raining other than that, it's ok.
will be getting shot of it soon, either to my mate who needs a smaller lid than he currently has, or on the giveaway thread ____________________ Past - 1988 honda revere 600, 1996 kawasaki gpz500s, 1999 Yamaha R6

Yep, it does It's quite a snug fit on the cheeks, but I guess it'll bed in. I would add that it's quieter than my duchinni d701 too The chin strap is a ratchet affair, which I like as I can undo it with my gloves on ____________________ Past - 1988 honda revere 600, 1996 kawasaki gpz500s, 1999 Yamaha R6
