Nice, but what is it really that ugly? Different yes. But it's one of the few bikes I've seen in real life that makes you stop in awe.

It's stupid looking. Ducati had a right daft period with the 999 and original Multistrada.

The 999's ridiculous exhaust which even Termignoni couldn't make look right. The stupid whatever the fuck it is on the windscreen. I quite like the headlights but there's just too much going on in the front. Vents here and daft swoops there. The designer clearly didn't know when to just put the pencil down.

I'm assuming it was the same guy who made the Multistrada.

I think it was the same guy. Matter of opinion I guess, I personally like both of those designs

Multistrada is fuck ugly but I'll happily take a gloss black standard 999 over that.

Don't get me wrong, I'd take on in a flash. I just think it should have been a lot simpler and sleeker.

There's just too much going on in the front end and the exhaust is just a mess.

That's a gorgeous bike and a Ducati Sport 1000 sprung to mind as soon as I saw those pictures.
