Hey,

So I have this side project (Yamaha Aerox 49cc 2001).

I want to tune this project up with new stuff and I want to get the bike like most bike you see on YouTube/internet.

I already have Done the panels new spark plug and few screws and bolts + TuneR Handle bar+ converter...

Now if anyone can help me on the engine side or any help at all would be great.

If I can get a list ( Jetting carb, air filter.. ETC...) of what I need to get in order to make it reasonably good + help on how to make it light weight..

Regards

Did you stick it on a dyno afterwards to see what the bhp gains were?

Try posting in the workshop section of the forum, you'll probably get more help in there. Sorry that I can't be of more help but, I know pretty much sweet fa about this type of thing. Most folks in there are quite helpful and knowledgeable though. Thumbs Up

Depends how old you are. Whistle

Biggest gain would be to buy a 125 2 stroke anyway... unless you feel comfortable with ripping the engine apart on the ped.

Yeah - vital questions. We refuse to aid and abet well-heeled, potential law abiders.

If funds aren't short why not buy a 125 or get your A2 license?

Best mod you could do right now? YX140 into your C90 Wink

Ped wise, fuck knows, you'll get into serious £££ when you start big bores, so I'd probably just sell it to come 16 year old chav and use the funds to pimp the mothers out of the C90.
