The same person seems to be upping the current bid every few minutes despite no one else actually bidding after him...

The spring is missing on the front brake caliper arm adjuster.

No, it doesn't show the unsuccessful bids. If he put on $130,000 and it's sitting at $120,000 when someone bids $124,000 - it's not accepted, but pushes up to that limit of the original bidders. It'll do that until his limit is met, or someone exceeds it.
